Common Questions
Can I try Pro before buying?
We don’t offer a free trial, but we do have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro doesn’t work for you, let us know and we’ll refund you in full.
Do I need to keep Free installed after upgrading?
No. When you activate Pro, it deactivates Free automatically. You can remove Free entirely if you like — Pro includes everything Free has, plus the Pro features.
Will my reviews be lost if I switch back to Free?
Never. All your data stays in your WordPress database. If you stop using Pro, you’ll lose access to Pro features (photo reviews, custom forms, sequences), but your reviews, testimonials, and settings remain exactly where they are.
Do I need a separate licence for my staging site?
No. A staging site is a private copy of your website used for testing changes before they go live — most hosting providers offer one. You can use Pro on both your live site and your staging site without paying extra. The licence is per-production site only.
Is there a lifetime deal?
Not currently. The annual subscription keeps us able to provide ongoing support and updates. WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP all evolve — we keep Trustie compatible with it all.
