Your customers don’t need to wonder how many points they have or how close they are to their next reward. Perkie adds a dedicated Perks & Rewards tab right inside their existing WooCommerce My Account area, so all the information they care about is exactly where they’d expect it to be.

What It Is
When Perkie is active, a new Perks & Rewards tab appears in every customer’s My Account page. It lives at /my-account/perks/ and gives customers a clear, at-a-glance picture of their loyalty standing — their balance, their tier, their history, and any pending rewards waiting to be used.
No setup required on your end. The tab appears automatically as soon as Perkie is installed and active. It uses each customer’s existing WooCommerce account, so there’s nothing new for them to sign up for.

Why It Matters
The rewards programme only works if customers can see it working. A hidden points balance is a missed opportunity — customers who can’t easily check their balance are customers who forget they have points, don’t feel the motivation to reach the next tier, and don’t feel especially valued by your store.
The Perks & Rewards page solves that. It gives customers a reason to log in, a reason to keep buying, and a reason to feel genuinely appreciated. The progress bar to the next tier alone is a quiet but powerful motivator.

What Customers See
Points Balance
At the top of the page, customers see their current points balance, displayed prominently alongside your currency icon (the one you’ve configured in Perkie settings). At a glance, they know exactly where they stand.
Tier Badge & Multiplier
Alongside the balance, customers see their current tier badge — Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP, or whatever tiers you’ve configured. If their tier gives them a points multiplier greater than 1.0x, that multiplier is displayed here too, so they understand why their points are growing faster than baseline.
Progress Bar
A visual progress bar shows customers how far along they are toward the next tier, with a clear label showing exactly how many more points they need to get there. If they’ve reached the highest tier you offer, the bar is replaced with a warm message: “You’ve reached the highest tier!” — because they’ve earned a little recognition.
Transaction History
The last 20 transactions are listed in date order, showing every way points have moved in or out of their account:
- Earn — points awarded after a completed order
- Redeem — points used to generate a discount coupon
- Adjust — manual adjustment made by an admin
- Expire — points that were removed when they passed their expiry date
Each entry shows the date, the type, the points amount, and (where relevant) the order it relates to. Customers who earned at a multiplier will also see the multiplier rate shown alongside that transaction.
Refer a Friend (if enabled)
If you have referrals enabled in Perkie, this section shows each customer their unique referral link, a one-click Copy Link button, and a summary of how many friends they’ve referred and how many referral rewards they’ve earned. It makes sharing easy and keeps them motivated to spread the word.
Birthday Prompt
If a customer hasn’t added their birthday to their account yet — and you have birthday rewards enabled — a friendly nudge appears here encouraging them to add it so they don’t miss out on their birthday treat.
Pending Rewards
Any unredeemed discount coupons generated from points redemption are listed at the bottom, with the coupon code and its value clearly shown. Customers never have to hunt for a coupon they’ve already earned.

Common Questions
Does the tab appear for all customers automatically?
Yes. Any logged-in customer with a WooCommerce account will see the Perks & Rewards tab as long as Perkie is active. There’s nothing you need to configure to make it appear.
What if a customer has no points yet?
They’ll still see the tab and the page — it’ll simply show a zero balance and an empty transaction history. The progress bar toward the first tier is still visible, which gives new customers an immediate sense of the programme and something to work toward.
Can I change the tab label from “Perks & Rewards”?
The tab label can be adjusted in Tracksies > Perkie > General tab. You can rename it to suit your brand — “My Rewards,” “My Points,” or whatever fits your store’s personality.
What’s the URL for the page?
The endpoint is /my-account/perks/. It’s added automatically to the WooCommerce My Account structure — no page creation or shortcode needed.
Can customers share their referral link from this page?
Yes, if referrals are enabled. The referral section includes a one-click copy button so customers can paste their link anywhere — social media, a group chat, wherever. They don’t need to know anything technical; they just hit the button and share.
What if a customer’s birthday reward hasn’t arrived?
Birthday reward emails are sent on the customer’s birthday via a daily cron check. If they’ve added their birthday and haven’t received anything, it’s worth confirming the birthday reward email is enabled in Tracksies > Perkie > Emails tab, and that the customer’s birthday date is saved correctly in their account.
