Trustie Pro extends Trustie Free with advanced review collection, display widgets, and import tools.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- WooCommerce 7.0 or higher
- Trustie Free (installed automatically)
Installation
From Your Account
- Download Trustie Pro from your Tracksies account
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now
- Activate Trustie Pro
Trustie Free is bundled and activates automatically.
License Activation
- Go to Trustie > License
- Enter your license key (from your purchase email)
- Click Activate

Review Request Sequences
Send multiple follow-up emails to collect more reviews:
- First request after X days
- Reminder if no review after Y days
- Final nudge (mention rewards here if the Perkie add-on is active — Perkie Review Incentives)

A floating widget that displays your latest reviews:
- Slides out from the side of the page
- Fully customizable colors and position
- Shows star ratings and customer names

Import reviews from other platforms:

Quick Setup
1. Configure Request Sequences
Go to Trustie > Settings > Request Emails:
- Enable email sequences
- Set timing for first request (e.g., 7 days after delivery)
- Add reminder emails (optional)
- Customize email templates
2. Set Up the Widget
Go to Trustie > Designer > Widget:
- Enable the review widget
- Choose position (left/right, top/middle/bottom)
- Select which reviews to show
- Customize colors to match your brand
3. Import Existing Reviews
Go to Trustie > Import:
- Choose your import source
- Upload your export file or connect API
- Map fields to Trustie fields
- Run import
