Tiles & Data Sources

Squizzie gives you 80+ tiles — individual metric cards you can drag into your reports. They’re organised into categories like Revenue, Orders, Customers, and so on, making it easy to find the numbers you care about.

Which tiles are available to you depends on which plugins you have active. The core WooCommerce tiles are always there — revenue, orders, products, coupons, and more. But when you add other Tracksies plugins (or connect Google Analytics), you unlock additional data sources and the tiles that go with them.

This page maps out every tile, what it shows, and what you need to have active to use it.

Data Sources

Every tile pulls its data from a data source. Here’s what’s available and where the data comes from:

Campaign Performance (3 tiles)

These are block tiles — they render as full-width tables in your PDF, not as small metric cards. They’re designed for Campaign Performance Reports and pull their data from the campaign settings you configure on the report.

TileWhat It ShowsRequires
Top ReferrersTop 10 traffic sources with sessions, change vs comparison period, and highlighted campaign source📈 GA4
Coupon PerformancePer-coupon orders, revenue, and revenue change vs comparison period
Top Products SoldTop 10 products by revenue during the campaign period

Top Referrers needs Google Analytics connected. The other two tiles work with WooCommerce data only.

These tiles read from your report’s Campaign Settings — if you haven’t filled in the Campaign Settings section (coupon codes, referral source, etc.), the tiles will be empty. See the Campaign Performance Reports guide for how to set everything up.

What Can I Report On Right Now?

If you’re not sure which tiles are available to you, here’s a quick guide based on your setup:

  • WooCommerce only — You get around 53 tiles covering revenue, orders, products, customers, coupons, discount analytics, growth, profit, refunds, and basic reviews. That’s a solid foundation for most stores.
  • + Tracksies HQ — Adds around 10 tiles for customer intelligence: lifetime value metrics, retention rate, repeat purchase analysis, VIP and at-risk customer counts, and tagged customer revenue.
  • + Trustie Pro — Enhances 4 review tiles with richer data from Trustie’s review system, including store reviews, testimonials, and photo reviews.
  • + Packsie — Adds 3 returns analysis tiles: return rate, returns count, and average refund value.
  • + Pipesie — Adds 4 lead management tiles: new leads, conversion rate, pipeline value, and lead scoring.
  • + Google Analytics — Adds 8 traffic and conversion tiles: sessions, users, pageviews, bounce rate, session duration, and conversion metrics.
  • Full stack (all plugins + GA4) — 80+ tiles across every category. The complete picture of your store.

You can always see exactly which tiles are available in the report editor — categories that require a plugin you don’t have simply won’t appear in the tile picker.

Common Questions

A tile shows zero — is it broken?

Probably not! Some tiles need data to be set up before they can show anything useful. A few common ones:

  • Profit tiles need COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) prices set on your products. No COGS data = zero profit to calculate.
  • Customer intelligence tiles (LTV, retention, etc.) need HQ’s customer sync to have run at least once. Head to Tracksies > Customers to check.
  • Google Analytics tiles need your GA4 account connected in Tracksies > Settings > Squizzie.
  • Review tiles need actual reviews to exist — if your store is brand new, give it a bit of time.

Can I use tiles from plugins I don’t have?

No — tiles only appear in the report editor when their required plugin is active. If you install a new plugin later, its tiles will automatically show up next time you edit a report.

What are the coloured badges on tiles?

They show which plugin provides the data for that tile. Blue means Tracksies HQ, gold means Trustie, pink means Packsie, green means Pipesie, and the chart icon means Google Analytics. Tiles with no badge use WooCommerce data and are always available.

Growth by Product and Growth by Category show as tables — why aren’t they small tiles?

Some metrics are richer than a single number and need more space to be useful. These “block” tiles render as full-width tables in your report, showing the breakdown across multiple products or categories with their individual growth percentages. They work great in the bottom row of a report page.
