Squizzie is designed to pull data from across the Tracksies ecosystem. The more plugins you have active, the richer your reports become. Here’s how each integration works and what it unlocks.
—
Tracksies HQ (Required)
Tracksies HQ is the foundation — Squizzie needs it active to run. HQ provides the customer intelligence engine that powers Squizzie’s most powerful tiles.
What it unlocks
With HQ active, you get access to 13+ customer intelligence tiles, including:
- Average LTV — average lifetime value across all customers
- Median CLV — the middle-of-the-road customer lifetime value
- Top 10% CLV — what your best customers are worth
- Repeat Purchase Rate — percentage of customers who come back
- Customer Retention — how well you’re keeping customers over time
- LTV Growth — how lifetime value is trending
- Average Orders per Customer — purchase frequency
- VIP Customers — count of your highest-value buyers
- At-Risk Customers — customers who may be slipping away
- Badged Revenue — revenue broken down by customer segment
HQ also unlocks:
- The Customer Intelligence preset template — a ready-made report layout focused on customer metrics
- Customer Status Distribution pie chart — visualise how your customers are distributed across segments
- Customer Interactions by Type pie chart — see the mix of interaction types
Important note
Customer intelligence tiles rely on HQ’s customer sync. If you’ve just installed HQ, run a Customer Sync from Tracksies HQ > Customers before expecting data in your Squizzie reports.

Trustie Pro (Optional)
Trustie Pro enhances Squizzie’s review-related tiles with richer data from its advanced review system.
What it unlocks
With Trustie Pro active, 4 review tiles gain access to a broader dataset:
- Review data includes store reviews, testimonials, and photo reviews — not just standard WooCommerce product reviews
- The Reviews by Rating pie chart uses Trustie’s more comprehensive review data
- Store Ratings and Product Ratings block tiles pull from Trustie’s review tables
Without Trustie Pro
Review tiles still work — they just use basic WooCommerce review data (product reviews and comment ratings). You’ll get accurate numbers, just from a narrower data set. If you later install Trustie Pro, the tiles automatically pick up the richer data without any reconfiguration.
—
Packsie (Optional)
Packsie is the staff operations and returns management plugin. When active, it exposes returns data to Squizzie.
What it unlocks
- Returns Analysis data source — a dedicated section in your reports for return metrics
- Returns by Reason pie chart — visualise why customers are returning products
- Return Rate tile — percentage of orders with returns
- Returns This Period tile — count of returns in your report’s date range
- Average Refund Value tile — the typical refund amount
These tiles are particularly useful in operations-focused reports or when combined with order and revenue data to get the full picture.
—
Pipesie (Optional)
Pipesie handles leads and project management. When active, it feeds lead pipeline data into Squizzie.
What it unlocks
- Leads and Projects data sources
- 4 lead management tiles:
– New Leads — leads created in the report period
– Lead Conversion Rate — percentage of leads that converted
– Pipeline Value — total value of leads in your pipeline
– Average Lead Score — mean score across your leads
- Lead Pipeline Status pie chart — see leads distributed across pipeline stages
The Marketing Performance preset template can include Pipesie lead data alongside your traffic and conversion metrics for a complete marketing overview.
—
Perkie (Optional)
Perkie is the loyalty and rewards plugin. When active, it exposes points and rewards data to Squizzie.
What it unlocks
- Loyalty and referral data sources become available in the report builder
- Points and rewards activity data can be included in your reports
—
Google Analytics 4 (Optional)
This isn’t a plugin — it’s a built-in integration within Squizzie itself. Connect your GA4 property to bring website traffic data into your reports.
What it unlocks
- 8 traffic tiles: Sessions, Active Users, New Users, Page Views, Bounce Rate, Average Session Duration, Conversions, and Conversion Rate
- 3 additional combo chart metrics — plot GA4 data alongside your WooCommerce metrics over time
How to connect
Head to Squizzie > Integrations > Google Hub and follow the setup flow. You’ll need a Google Cloud project with OAuth credentials and the Analytics Data API enabled. For the full walkthrough, see the Google Integrations Setup article.
—
Google Search Console (Optional)
Another built-in integration. Connect your Search Console property to see how your store is performing in organic Google Search.
What it unlocks
- 4 search performance tiles: Search Clicks, Search Impressions, Search CTR, and Average Search Position
- Understand which queries are driving traffic and how your rankings are trending over time
How to connect
Head to Squizzie > Integrations > Google Hub and connect your Search Console property. You’ll need the Search Console API enabled in the same Google Cloud project as your other Google integrations. See Google Integrations Setup for details.
—
Google Business Profile (Optional)
If your store has a physical location (or a Google Business listing), this integration brings your Maps and local search data into Squizzie.
What it unlocks
- 5 local engagement tiles: Profile Views, Phone Calls, Direction Requests, Website Clicks, and Google Reviews
- See how your Google listing is performing alongside your online store data
How to connect
Head to Squizzie > Integrations > Google Hub and connect your Business Profile. Note that the Business Profile API requires an approved application — Google reviews access requests before granting API access. See Google Business Profile for the full setup process.
—
PageSpeed Insights (Optional)
Monitor your site’s performance and Core Web Vitals directly from Squizzie — no need to manually run PageSpeed tests.
What it unlocks
- 5 site health tiles: Performance Score, Adjusted Performance, Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), and Accessibility Score
- Track site performance over time in your monthly reports
How to connect
Head to Squizzie > Integrations > Google Hub and enable PageSpeed monitoring. The basic API works without an API key (25 requests/day), but adding a key in your settings raises the limit significantly. See PageSpeed & Site Health for setup details.
—
Google Sheets Export (Optional)
Export your scheduled report data to a Google spreadsheet for further analysis, team sharing, or AI-powered insights.
What it unlocks
- Scheduled export — each time a schedule runs, data is written to your chosen spreadsheet
- Running log — builds a time series of key metrics over time
- AI-ready data — export to Sheets, then connect to ChatGPT, Claude, or any analysis tool
How to connect
Head to Squizzie > Integrations > Google Hub and connect your Google account with Sheets access. Then enable the export option on any schedule. See Google Sheets Export for the full walkthrough.
—
Cross-Data Business Insights
When you have multiple Google services connected alongside your WooCommerce data, Squizzie starts generating Business Insights — cross-data observations that connect the dots between different data sources.
For example:
- Traffic from Search Console + conversion data from GA4 + revenue from WooCommerce = a complete acquisition picture
- Business Profile engagement + website clicks + orders = local marketing effectiveness
- PageSpeed trends + bounce rate + conversion rate = site performance impact on revenue
Insights appear on the dashboard, in PDF reports, and in scheduled emails. The more services you connect, the richer they become. See Cross-Data Business Insights for details on what insights are available and how they work.

Plugin Badge Colours
When browsing tiles in the report editor, you’ll notice coloured badges on each tile. These badges tell you which plugin or integration the tile’s data comes from:
| Badge | Source |
|---|---|
| Blue | Tracksies HQ |
| Gold | Trustie |
| Pink | Packsie |
| Green | Pipesie |
| Orange | Perkie |
| Chart icon | Google Analytics |
| Magnifying glass | Google Search Console |
| Pin | Google Business Profile |
| Lightning bolt | PageSpeed Insights |
These colours match each product’s brand colour across the Tracksies ecosystem:
- Tracksies HQ — blue (#3E7CB1)
- Trustie — gold (#F4AF30)
- Packsie — pink (#deb6d8)
- Pipesie — green (#7EB77F)
- Perkie — orange (#E7722F)
- Squizzie — mulberry (#BB528A) for tiles that only need WooCommerce
If a tile’s badge colour is greyed out, it means the required plugin isn’t active. Install and activate the plugin to unlock those tiles.

Tips
- You don’t need every plugin. Squizzie works great with just WooCommerce and HQ. Each additional plugin simply adds more tiles to your toolkit.
- Tiles auto-detect plugins. You never need to manually configure which plugins Squizzie reads from. If a plugin is active, its tiles appear automatically.
- Preset templates adapt. When you pick a preset template, it only includes tiles for plugins you actually have installed. No empty sections or missing data.
