Milestone rewards pay a bonus when a customer reaches a count: their fifth review, their tenth photo review, their third friend referred. The bonus comes on top of whatever each review or referral earned by itself.

Why It Matters
A reward for each review works for the first one. By the fourth, the same points for the same effort starts to feel like work.
A milestone gives the customer something to aim for. “Two more reviews to your next bonus” pulls harder than a flat rate, and it only costs you anything when a customer keeps going. That’s usually the small group who review and refer again and again, and they’re worth encouraging.

Before You Start
- Switch on Milestone Perks. Go to Tracksies > Settings > Features, and on the Perkie tile switch Milestone Perks on. It starts off.
- Counting starts when you switch it on. Reviews and referrals from before that day aren’t counted. A customer with twelve reviews already starts at zero.
- Review milestone settings need Trustie. They’re on the Tracksies Rewards tab, which appears when Trustie Free or Trustie Pro is active. Without Trustie, review milestones don’t count or pay at all.
- Photo-review milestones need Trustie Pro with photo reviews switched on.
- Referral milestones need Referrals switched on. See Referral Program.

The Three Kinds

Each threshold pays once per customer. A customer with thresholds of 5, 10, 25 and 50 gets a bonus at their fifth review, another at their tenth, and so on.
Referral milestones start with a reward of 0, so set an amount before you rely on them. A milestone with no reward pays nothing and sends no email, but it still counts as reached, so setting a reward later doesn’t pay for milestones a customer has already passed.

The Steps
Step 1: Set review and photo-review milestones
- Go to Tracksies > Perkie and click the Tracksies Rewards tab.
- Under Reviews, find the Review milestones row.
- In Thresholds, enter the counts that pay, separated by commas, such as
5,10,25,50. - In Reward, enter the points each milestone pays.
- Do the same on the Photo-review milestones row, if you have it.
- Click Save Review Rewards.

Step 2: Set referral milestones
- On the Referrals tab, scroll to Referral Milestones.
- Enter the Reward amount in points.
- In Thresholds, enter the counts that pay, separated by commas, such as
3,5,10. - Save the tab.

Step 3: Check the email
When a customer reaches a milestone that has a reward, Perkie sends the Milestone email. One template covers all three kinds, and it fills in which milestone they reached. Edit it on the Emails tab.

When Things Count
A review counts when it’s approved, and each review counts once.
A photo review counts as a review and as a photo review, so it moves both counts.
A referral counts when it’s rewarded. If you use a clearance period on the Referrals tab, that’s when the clearance period ends, not when the friend orders. It counts for a referrer who’s a member of your programme, while the referrer reward is above 0. Referral milestones don’t need Trustie. See Referral Program.

Common Questions
How do I switch off one kind and keep the others?
Leave its Thresholds box empty and save. An empty list means no milestones for that kind.
If I add a lower threshold later, do customers already past it get paid?
No. A milestone pays when a customer’s count moves past it. A customer already beyond the new number won’t cross it again.
Where does the customer see the bonus?
In their points history on the Points & Rewards tab in My Account. It’s described as, for example, “5-review milestone”.
Does switching Milestone Perks off lose the counts?
While it’s off, nothing is counted and nothing pays. Reviews and referrals during that time are never added, even after you switch it back on.
Do milestones appear on my programme terms page?
No. If you want them described there, add them under Additional Legal Terms. See Programme Terms.

If Something Goes Wrong
A customer reached a milestone and got nothing.
Check that Milestone Perks was on when they reached it, and that the reward for that kind is more than 0. Then check how many reviews or referrals they’ve made since the switch went on, because earlier ones don’t count.
I can’t find the review milestone settings.
They’re on the Tracksies Rewards tab, which only appears when Trustie Free or Trustie Pro is active.
There’s no photo-review row.
It needs Trustie Pro with photo reviews switched on.
