The stacking policy decides how Perkie rewards sit alongside other coupons in the cart: with anything, with each other only, or on their own.
—
Why It Matters
A points reward on top of a sale code on top of a referral coupon can take an order close to nothing. Deciding the rule ahead of time means it’s applied the same way to every customer, and nobody is surprised at checkout.
—
The Steps
- Go to Tracksies > Perkie > Redemption tab.
- Open More options and find Programme policies.
- Choose a Stacking policy.
- Click Save Changes.

The Three Choices
Allow all (default)
Rewards, earned coupons and other coupon codes can all be used together. WooCommerce’s own coupon rules still apply.
Block other codes
Perkie rewards don’t mix with other coupon codes. Several Perkie rewards together are fine.
A customer who tries to mix them sees:
> Rewards can’t be combined with other coupon codes. Remove the other coupon to use this one.
Block all stacking
A reward is used on its own, with no other coupon. Two coupon codes that aren’t Perkie’s are left to your store’s own rules.
A customer who tries to add a second coupon sees:
> Rewards are used one at a time. Remove the other coupon to use this one.

Which Coupon Wins
The coupon already in the cart stays. The new one is refused, never both, and the customer sees the message above.
With reward tiles, a coupon that can’t be used with others asks the customer before it replaces what’s in the cart.

Common Questions
Does this change WooCommerce’s “Individual use only” setting?
No. That setting on a coupon still works as WooCommerce intends. The stacking policy adds Perkie’s rule on top.
Which coupons count as Perkie rewards?
Coupons Perkie creates: points redemptions, stepped deals, referral rewards, survey prizes, Special Date coupons and HQ-Based Offers.
